   Nothing; all support for a customer is at no charge.
   
   
3. How do you define “cost” versus “price”?
   Price is what you pay to buy a product.
   Cost is what you pay to buy and actually use a product.
   All our products emphasize “cost” efficiency because this is where the real economies are realized.
   
   
4. How long will Miracle Glove last per application?
   Miracle Glove binds to your outer skin cells and only comes off when these cells loosen and fall off naturally. Thus, one application will last for 4-6 hours. It will not wash off with normal soap and water washing.
   
   
5. How is Germinal different from alcohol based hand washes?
   Germinal contains NO alcohol yet kills bacteria quickly and efficiently. Studies have shown that alcohol can actually INCREASE the bacteria count on skin. Alcohol is also drying to the skin and combustible. Germinal is soothing to the skin and is not combustible.
   
   
6. From what does Miracle Glove protect the skin?
   Miracle Glove protects the skin from nearly any agent which would cause a “contact dermatitis”. Agents causing this can be anything from a toxic chemical to an agent to which you are allergic (poison ivy as an example) to the drying and caustic effects of over washing your hands (especially if a harsh soap is used) to the harmful effects of urine or feces (seen when patient is incontinent) to allergies to certain metals. Essentially, Miracle Glove will protect your skin from breaking down due to exposure to agents which are harmful to YOUR skin and its unique condition.
   
   
7. How do Amino Plex and Silverlon heal wounds?
   Each work very differently from the other:
   
   
   1. Amino Plex: sprays amino acids and other building blocks of tissue into the site. Amino Plex supplies “nutrition” to the wound to speed healing.
      
   2. Silverlon: restores the TEP of the skin yielding the reduction/elimination of edema, inflammation and vasoconstriction (this reduction optimizes the ability of the wound to heal) and provides a bactericidal (germ killing) environment should there be any pathogens at the wound site.
      
      
8. Will Naturra break down/dissolve dried, crusted exudate?
   Yes. It does this very efficiently due the presence of three (3) surfactants as well as other natural, organic ingredients.
